Jean Pierre’s videotapes feature his own distinctive
method of yoga, Kitaido yoga which is based on his
years of experience teaching Hatha Yoga. Kitaido
means“energy, body, spirit” in Japanese and combines
physical and mental disciplines. The postures, which are adaptable to any age or ability level – are designed to develop strength, muscle, tone, flexibility and perfect body alignment, while reducing stress and increasing relaxation. Each video is approximately 55 minutes long.
